BuzzBot Leads is operated by BuzzBot Vending LLC ("BuzzBot," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain information when you use BuzzBot Leads, including our website, application, business research tools, connected mailbox features, outreach tools, and related services.

BuzzBot Leads is currently intended for business use in the United States.

2. Information we collect

Account and organization information

We collect information you provide when creating or managing an account, such as your name, email address, organization name, country, account settings, and information you provide to support.

Connected mailbox and outreach information

If you connect an email account, we process connection identifiers, authorization information, sender information, recipient addresses, message content you create, scheduled and sent message information, delivery events, replies, bounces, unsubscribe signals, and suppression records as needed to provide the features you request. We do not ask you to provide your mailbox password to BuzzBot Leads.

Business and contact research information

The Service may collect and organize business information and publicly available professional contact information, including business names, websites, business addresses, business phone numbers, public business email addresses, professional names and job titles, social or professional profile links, and research evidence or source information.

Billing and transaction information

We process subscription, plan, credit, payment-status, and transaction information needed to administer paid features. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers, and we do not need to store full payment card numbers in order to operate the Service.

Technical and usage information

We may collect device, browser, IP address, security, diagnostic, log, feature-usage, and similar technical information when you use the Service.

3. Where information comes from

Information may come directly from you, your connected accounts, publicly available websites and business directories, business data and research providers, email service providers, billing providers, and other vendors that help us operate BuzzBot Leads.

4. How we use information

• Provide, maintain, personalize, and improve BuzzBot Leads.
• Create and secure accounts and workspaces.
• Find businesses and perform contact research requested by users.
• Connect mailboxes, schedule and send user-directed outreach, and display outreach history.
• Detect and process replies, bounces, unsubscribe requests, suppression signals, and delivery events.
• Prevent duplicate outreach, abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, and other security issues.
• Administer subscriptions, credits, billing, and support.
• Comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Service.

5. How we disclose information

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the Service, such as hosting and database providers, mailbox and email infrastructure providers such as Nylas, billing providers such as Shopify, business-data and research providers, security providers, and professional advisers. These providers may process information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate abuse, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.

We do not sell customer account information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Business and professional contact research is a core feature of BuzzBot Leads, and the Service may provide business contact information to customers as part of that feature.

6. Connected email accounts

When you connect a mailbox, BuzzBot Leads uses the connection to perform actions you request, including sending outreach, displaying relevant message activity, and processing delivery, reply, bounce, and unsubscribe signals. We use mailbox information only as needed to provide and secure these features, comply with law, and enforce our agreements.

You are responsible for making sure you have authority to connect each mailbox and to use information accessed through that mailbox.

7. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain account and transaction records, resolve disputes, protect the Service, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements. Some suppression and opt-out records may be retained longer so that a person who has opted out is not contacted again through the same customer organization. These records are organization-specific and do not block other BuzzBot Leads customers from contacting that person.

8. Your choices and privacy rights

You may update certain account information through the Service. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with you. Depending on where you live and whether an applicable privacy law covers BuzzBot Leads, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information. We may need to verify a request before acting on it, and legal exceptions may apply.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of storage, transmission, or security is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

BuzzBot Leads is a business service and is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly offer accounts to children.

11. Third-party services and links

BuzzBot Leads may integrate with or link to third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service or applicable requirements change. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. If a change materially affects how we handle information, we may provide additional notice when appropriate.
